Our financial services client is undergoing a massive digital transformation journey, and they are looking out for Senior Busienss Analysts to join them and work on different projects lined up within their pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the business on business requirements (elicitation, analysis and documentation)
- Engage with stakeholders and translating insights gathered into requirements for development teams
- Coach and provide support to other analysts when necessary to address knowledge/ capacity gap
Skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years of exprience in Business Analysis and delivery - preferably within the Superannuation or financial services space
- Regulatory/ compliance experience would be highly regarded - especially APRA reporting
- Previously worked on large, complex and multi-stream projects
- Worked on agile project deliveries
- Relevant certifications/ tertiary qualifications - CCBA/CBAP/ CSM etc.
