Responsibilities including:
- Gather and document business requirements for multiple systems within and conduct relevant analysis
- Support various team members in communicating project status for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elaborate on solution requirements
- Manage User Acceptance Testing that would ensure said solution's efficiency and functionality
- Produce documents that are relevant and easily communicated to relevant stakeholders
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a business analyst within the financial services
- Financial crime experience would be highly regarded, but not necessary
- The ability to work autonomously while adapting quickly to changes in a blended environment and taking ownership to assigned responsibilities
- Strong stakeholder skills to enable discussions, build relationships and lead workshops
