Our client, one of the Big 4 banks in Australia is looking for several Business Analysts to join their team. The BA should be a self-starter who has all the usual BA skills and be able to liaise with stakeholders from all levels, as well as be proactive and work well to tight deadlines
Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years in Business Analysis Roles
- Experience in banking or wealth industry (preferred)
- Demonstrate success delivery of complex projects
- Experience on working within a separation initiative would be advantageous
- Assist with planning and delivery of change management activities ( eg: Training and comms)
- Business engagement and stakeholder management
- High proficiency in using agile tools like jira and confluence
- Requirements analysis, management and documentation skills
- Workshop / facilitation skills, Planning and estimation & Analytical skills
