About the role
The Senior Business Analyst will support Subject Matter Experts, the Business Architect and Design team through the production of business process maps , impact assessments, business requirements and other project documentation as required. They will also be involved in the review of the vendor's design deliverables and ensuring that the solution meets business requirements.
Key requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in large scale projects.
- Significant experience in the management of business and process analysis
- Experience with CRM and ERP Finance systems (PeopleSoft)
- Experience with BPMN is desirable
- Work collaboratively with the Business Architect and Subject Matter Experts to deliver the business functions and processes.
- Provide advice and guidance to the technical teams in understanding business processes and solutions.
- Prepare scope and business cases for more ambiguous or complex projects including cost and resource impacts
- Responsible for working with the Data Migration team to ensure that the relevant historical master data and transactional data is migrated to the target solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills required
- Sound knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC)
