Your New Role
As an experienced Senior Business Analyst, you will work to deliver exceptional outcomes that push the limits of expectations and deliver on a variety of solutions. You will understand the needs of the business and coherently communicating them so that effective solutions can be developed.

You will have the opportunity to work across the end to end project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, requirements management, running workshops, analysis, documentation, shaping & elicitation, in an Agile and fast paced environment, these projects will be across technology, digital or business based.

Your Experience

  • Strong background as a Senior Business Analyst roles of 8+ years, preferably within an Agile environment
  • Experience of working on large scale, complex, enterprise level projects including structure, processes and infrastructure
  • Experience inend to end project delivery
  • Prefer Wealth Management or Superannuation experience in Australian businesses
  • Prefer AGILE experience
  • Prefer BABOK knowledge
  • Skilled in systems analysis and design, business process modelling, requirements gathering, quality assurance and software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

  • Analyse business processes, needs and issues and convert them into requirements
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations
  • Contribute to project deliverables
  • Adhere to standards
  • Review and provide feedback on the quality of deliverables
  • Provide guidance on tools and techniques
  • Ensure Requirements and Solution align with the realisation of benefits
  • Manage risks and issues
