Our client is a leader within their Industry. They are known for having an innovative and customer focused approach to the way they present to the market. Due to new initiatives within their operational arm of the business we need a Senior Business Analyst to join the team.
The responsibilities of the role revolve around end to end projects - you must be able to own requirements through to handover:
- Requirement elicitation and validating
- Process analysis, mapping and re-engineering
- Workflow activities - streamlining
- Use cases
- User experience/user interface work
- Working with vendors
- Working with technical teams
- Training and role analysis
The successful candidate will have solid experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst from the start to the end of a project. You will have solid experience working with the business on projects that have significant business change.
