The responsibilities of the role involve:
- Requirements gathering
- Process Re-engineering
- Workshops
- Service Transformation
- Process mapping and re-engineering
- Working with technical vendors
The work will be around systems, processors and service transformation There will be process change also the need for helping in scoping and vendor management.
The successful person will have technical knowledge as strong in working with technical stakeholders and good also good with process transformation. Furthermore, the program has a transformation theme thus we need a BA that can turn their hand to any task timely and with a high level of quality.
