Due to an increase in project portfolios we require a Senior Business Analyst to join the team. The program is around uplifting infrastructure and applications that support the services teams - typically these are customer service functions or online services.
The responsibilities of the role evolve around this program - essentially uplifting operation infrastructure and applications.
These include:
Identify current state of operations and technologies
Understand business objectives
Analyzing technologies in use
Prepare and conduct elicitation activities
Agile delivery
Process mapping and re-engineering
Technical and functional requirements
Solution evaluation
The successful candidate will have experience working in technology implementations or upliftment orientated projects. You will be well versed in technology analysis, working across operations and ideally experience within financial services.
