Description: Senior Business Analyst - Core Functional Stream in Supplier Relationship Management Project
The clients Project is a large transformation project undertaken by the Merchandising team. The overarching vision of the project is to "Leverage technology to transform how they win together with suppliers and become the most trusted retail partner in Australia". The project's objective is to make life easier for suppliers and team members, further enhancing engagement and commercial efficiency using technology and data. By adopting an agile product methodology, the scope of the project is to build a brand-new supplier portal experience on Salesforce platform and provide suppliers with the capability to self-serve on the new supplier portal.
* 5+ years of experience as an SBA in large and complex organisations.
* Business analysis experience in the retail domains preferably in the supplier management or procurement.
* Business analysis experience in Salesforce implementation (desirable but not mandatory).
* Experience in requirement gathering and writing requirement artefacts including functional design and user stories.
* Experience in as-is and to-be process mapping.
* Experience in agile methodologies as well as in Jira and Confluence.
* Experience in SCRUM is desirable but not essential for this role.
* Experience in working with multiple teams and business stakeholders.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities while working in a complex team structure (i.e., a suitable candidate would be a proactive person with the leadership and problem-solving skills).
