Our client, NSW state governmnt is looking for Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join their team for an initial 6 months + extension
The purpose of this role is to liaise with various business and technical stakeholders across various agencies to understand business landscape, understand their paint points accordingly gather business requirements which will form the basis for business processes and policies to ensure the delivery of a solution that meets business needs.

- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, delineate, simplify and communicate the technology and process related components of business improvement and large scale change.
- Proven ability in influencing both internal and external customers.
- Ability to focus on the details while maintaining an understanding of the big picture.
- Strong commercial and business acumen
