Skills & Experience
- Core BA Skills
- Functional/ working knowledge of Salesforce features and how they have been used to solve business problem
- Experience in working with Salesforce products in a Contact Centre environment advantageous, in particular knowledge of the Lightning CRM platform
- Detailed analytical abilities.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies essential.
- Understanding of customer centric design methods.
- Demonstrated management of projects from conception to implementation and realisation of program objectives.
- Strong experience in user testing.
- Strong understanding of DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence).
