Looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in issuing and managing RFQ and RFP processes to work within the Financial Services Sector.

The Senior BA will work with the Business to:

  • Elaborate process improvements;
  • Document processes, mapping the 'as is' and 'to be' processes;
  • Provide input to the Program Manager in rollout of process improvements;
  • Review and refine the High-level Requirements and work with business SMEs to document the Detailed Business Requirements (functional and non-functional) in a detailed Business Requirements Document
  • Assist/Lead in gap analysis
  • Work efficiently and effectively with Business, vendor and stakeholders during the different phases of project delivery;
  • Provide support post implementation;

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years as a Senior Business Analyst;
  • Have exposure to insourcing / outsourcing processes
  • Has experience in issuing and managing RFQ and RFP processes
  • Demonstrated success on challenging assignments and proven ability to deliver to successful completion;
  • Diligent and detail oriented in preparation and execution;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, and analyse and solve problems pragmatically;
  • Excellent requirements gathering and documentation / process mapping skills
  • Excellent planning, co-ordination and facilitation skills
  • Good problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
