- Procurement systems experience - Source to Pay - Financial systems
This Senior Business Analyst role is to support the delivery of the Procurement requirements in the Finance stream within the Wealth Separation program. This will include:
- Establishment of a new Property & Procurement function and system solution
- Development of end-to-end future state processes, procedures and controls
- Development of a default/contingent approach to operating the new function
- Support the identification of stakeholders and assists with the creation of a stakeholder matrix
- Assist to define current state and future state processes, determine process gaps
- Prepare for and conduct elicitation activities and results
- Requirements gathering
- Support testing, transition to service and business impact assessment
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in Business Analyst roles ideally within Procurement related projects/changes/teams
- Experience in developing or reviewing governance processes and/or assessing process risks
- Experience in working with and/or implementing Source to Pay systems
- Experience with working with Procurement system suppliers/vendors
- Experience in Procurement system projects/initiatives
- Experience in banking or financial services strongly preferred
- Planning and delivery of change management in a project environment
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Experience and knowledge of Wealth businesses & processes would be an advantage
