The team is responsible for planning, co-ordinating and leading improvements in privacy compliance with the Australian Privacy Act.
Responsibilities:
- Support the roll-out of a new Privacy policy suite including procedures defining key privacy controls to meet regulatory obligations
- Identification and analysis of key privacy control gaps
- Solutioning for the remediation of key privacy control gaps
- Support the planning and roll-out of a new Group-wide automated privacy impact assessment process
- Support the identification and recording of systems and services used to collect or handle customer personal information
- Support the identification and recording of third parties used to collect or handle customer personal information
- Support the analysis of current state controls used to ensure appropriate access to key systems containing customer personal information
- Support the identification of electronic records containing customer personal information
