Responsibilities
- Engage with the business to understand project priorities
- Facilitate large-scale workshops during the inception/discovery phase to understand business goals and epic/story level details
- Support Product Owner to translate solutions for Business Readiness
- Provide clear and concise communication with customers to facilitate required activities
Skills and experience
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Wealth management experience would be highly regarded but not necessary
- Understanding of the project lifecycle and sound knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Adaptable and flexible
- Experience with agile planning and tracking software (Jira, Confluence or similar)
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
