Responsibilities including:
- Gather and document business requirements to ensure alignment of business
- Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to discover essential business needs
- Manage User Acceptance Testing that would ensure said solution's efficiency and functionality
- Provide guidance for end-users upon implementation to avoid practical errors
Experience required:
- Experienced working within complex/blended environments
- The ability to work autonomously while adapting quickly to changes and take ownership to assigned responsibilities
- Strong stakeholder skills to enable discussions with both business users and technical teams
- Familiar with agile methodologies and ceremonies
