My client seeks a SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST with OPERATIONS experience ideally within the Financial Services!!

The following is the Core BA Skillset required:

  • Requirements definition (Business Requirements in either JIRA / Confluence for agile work, or BRDs for waterfall work)
  • Gap analysis and problem solving
  • Strong documentation skills (word, powerpoint, email)
  • Strong excel skills (including macros and advanced functions)
  • Strong engagement and oral / presentation skills
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Ability to work across multiple projects
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and build working relationships with multiple stakeholders

The following is the Operations Skillset required:

  • Experience with operations (operational rhythm, staff service requirements, etc) - Insurance Ops preferred
  • Process maps (As Is / To Be)
  • Procedures documents
  • Scripts
  • Calculators
