My client seeks a SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST with OPERATIONS experience ideally within the Financial Services!!
The following is the Core BA Skillset required:
- Requirements definition (Business Requirements in either JIRA / Confluence for agile work, or BRDs for waterfall work)
- Gap analysis and problem solving
- Strong documentation skills (word, powerpoint, email)
- Strong excel skills (including macros and advanced functions)
- Strong engagement and oral / presentation skills
- Workshop facilitation
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and build working relationships with multiple stakeholders
The following is the Operations Skillset required:
- Experience with operations (operational rhythm, staff service requirements, etc) - Insurance Ops preferred
- Process maps (As Is / To Be)
- Procedures documents
- Scripts
- Calculators
