Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work in their Data and API team. The team is responsible for building and accelerating the delivery of the company's networks.
The role:
- To work closely with stakeholders in the business and within networks
- To determine as-is solution and processes, and define the to-be solution/process
- Work with Architects and domains to answer questions and provide guidance for stakeholders
- Support the Front door process for Networks as a Service (NaaS)
- Assist in Service Design and data modelling activities
- Assist in evaluation of vendors and their associated solutions
- Create a standard data model for networks technology and fulfilment domains
- Create a standard API for the networks technology and fulfilment domains
The candidate:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst
- Telecommunications industry experience
- Requirements elicitation and management
- Process design and engineering - Understanding of networks
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Experience with APIs and/or Systems integration projects
- Experience in Atlassian toolsets including Confluence and JIRA - desirable only
- Experience in Agile and DevOps teams - desirable only
