Our client is a large NSW Health organisation requiring a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Infrastructure, Networking and Cloud complex medium to large projects
Responsibilities Skills and experience:
* Over 10 years' experience in network environments and/or projects, 5 of these minimum in enterprise organisations, project and environments
* Confident in leading workshops with cross-department technical resources
* Confident presenting to all levels including Chief / Director / Executive
* Has a critical and analytical thinking-approach and able to problem-solve rapidly, construct the most workflow/process and time efficient method to approach presentations of a highly technical nature
* Be confident in decisions and executing on them on behalf of the program and business following governance and due-process
* Can confidently interrogate technical and non-technical information and data brought for analysis, then translate to plain terms for non-technical stakeholders
* Communications skills and experience must be demonstrable and extremely well-honed over their career progressions
* Documentation skills across a variety of Microsoft suite apps (highlighting PowerPoint, Visio and Excel) must be demonstrable and extremely well-honed over their career progressions
* Can identify risks and uncover less-visible/apparent issues for project capture
* Confident in assisting with supporting content test plans and results capture
* Skilled business negotiator
* Strong background as a Snr Business Analyst working on enterprise network projects
* Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and knowledge of ITIL, IT4IT, TOGAF, COBIT principles
* Demonstrated experience applying the IIBA, BABOK principles and familiarity
* Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies if possible
* A certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or Australian equivalent
