The Role
An experienced BA to work on a large reports consolidation project
Responsibilities
- Work with markets business areas (front office all the way to back office) and related tech teams to help them understand and analyse the impacts required of moving to future state through each phase of the roadmap
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and enable shared understanding
- Attend Agile ceremonies and act as the "voice of the business"
- Support the Program Manager in communicating project vision and status to senior stakeholders
Skills and experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Strong project experience across multiple business units, complex environments and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with good technical knowledge/background to obtain both business and technology teams' buy-ins
- Knowledge of Financial Markets systems landscape would be desirable, but not necessary
- Experience with Murex/Calypso would be highly regarded
