Our client is a large insurance organisation, where they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong technical knowledge and communication capabilities to act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders and collaborate with multiple business SMEs in agile manner.

Key Responsibilities including:
- Requirements management - understand customer process and information requirements, develop functional specifications and provide analytical direction
- Solution validation - review technical designs, identify project risks and contribute to relevant artefacts
- Stakeholder management - build relationships with project stakeholder and engage with multiple SMEs
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 6 years of Business Analyst experience
- Financial services in large complex environments is preferred - relevant insurance experience would be highly regarded
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills to obtain buy-ins
- Agile experience or certifications
