What the role involes:
- Responsible for eliciting and capturing the business requirements as well as facilitating the relationship between business and technical teams ensuring accurate and appropriate decisions are made on the evolving solution on a day-to-day basis
- Decomposition of features to user stories reflecting benefits, dependencies, risks & priorities - to enable a feasible solution scope to be developed
- Ensure business needs are properly modelled, analysed and reflected and any impacts to benefit benefits are captured and agreed
- Identify business requirements for enhancements to systems and / or business processes
- Effectively communicates requirements to stakeholders, manages conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope
- Identifies the business risks associated with the proposed solution
- Ensuring the non-functional requirements are achievable and subsequently met
- Participate in testing and deployment of the prioritised business requirements
- Provides support and participates in testing activities such as Acceptance Testing or Business Verification Testing
- Key Criteria
- Ability to understand business stakeholder requirements and document accurately
- Experience in documenting key functional and non-functional requirements
- Technical understanding of infrastructure set-up within a Data Centre, with strong experience in networking; Big Switching Tapping, Horizontal Distribution Areas and Main Distribution areas
