Responsibilities
- Define functional requirements and connections to upstream/ downstream systems
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elaborate on solution requirements
- Conduct analysis and communicate complex IT systems and concepts to all levels of stakeholders
Skills and experience
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in eCommerce/ Retail systems
- Experience working in Agile squads
- Strong stakeholder management skills and working with a range of business areas to coordinate requirements and drive things forward
- Relevant tertiary degree within IT
