The key skills our client will be looking for will be:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Agile project experience
- Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen skills
- Excellent process design
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to work with business partners and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt process methodologies in accordance with project needs
- Ability to identify and escalate issues and risks
- Ability to work with Agile delivery teams
- Advanced in MS Office suite of products (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to facilitate process / requirement identification workshops - to be able to co-facilitate Delivery Planning workshops
- BPMN
