The assignment is essential to project / program success and is needed to be able to manage effectively the requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation process to ensure the client delivers on its required mandates
Skills:
* 5-10 years as a Senior Business Analyst within a banking/finance background is a MUST
* Must have expertise in AML
* Must have excellent requirements gathering skills
* Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen skills
* Excellent process design
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to work with business partners and stakeholders
* Strong business analysis skills and knowledge
* Strong process analysis skills
* Requirements management and elicitation
* Project governance and understanding of SDLC
* Assist with Risk and issue management
* Good written and verbal communication
* Maintain an outcome and quality focus
* Effective time management skills including multi-tasking
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
* Ability to adapt process methodologies in accordance with project needs
* Ability to identify and escalate issues and risks
* Ability to work with Agile delivery teams
* Advanced in MS Office suite of products (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Ability to facilitate process / requirement identification workshops - to be able to co-facilitate Delivery Planning workshop
* BPMN
