Applicant must be an Australian citizen or Australian PR holder
Duration- 6 months contract
Location -Parramatta and Wollongong (At least two days each week in each location) Transport between the location will be provided by the company.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst (in Agile environments)
- Experience as a solution designer along with BA
- Must have experience writing User Stories and their acceptance tests, demonstrating software changes, and facilitating workshops
- Demonstrated experience in documenting and modelling business processes (current and future state)
- Experience using static prototypes (eg paper) to enable examination of the viability of a design concept.
- Demonstrated experience in working with a range of stakeholders to document clear and traceable business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in working on both business and IT projects
- Strong understanding of organizational change management
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage expectations with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile principles and development practices
- Knowledge of Lean software development principles and practices
