The Role
Our client a leading institute within Education are seeking Multiple Business Analyst to play a key role in end-to-end projects across a diverse range of projects such as Procurement, Payment Gateways, Application rollouts, Salesforce, Workday and Process reviews. The role will Support the Program Management office acting as a conduit between the business and ICT portfolio personnel. The successful candidate will have strong experience working on end-to-end projects within an agile environment
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Business Analyst will assist the business to obtain a service that is developed and / or supported by ICT that supports a business need.
- Interpret and provide translation between the business requests provided using business terminology and technical specification and delivery using technical terminology
- Work closely with the ICT portfolio managers to liaise with the business-on-business process improvements associated with the specification of new or enhances functionality
- Process Review
- Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
- Adhere to the Project Management and Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
- Provide regular updates to management on progress, and issues if any, against planned deliverables
Experience Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as a business analyst
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Agile environment
- Experience in CRM implementations such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of Workday
- Experience in procurement projects
- Experience on Payment Gateway projects
- Previous experience working on Applications
- Experience using Jira
- End to End projects with a high attention to detail
- Previous experience in an agile environment along with a excellent understanding of agile methodologies
- leading customer journey walkthroughs
- Knowledge of process mapping and flow charting
- Excellent stakeholder Management at all levels
- Experience in presenting and facilitating workshops
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using tools such as Jira and confluence
