The Role

Our client a leading institute within Education are seeking Multiple Business Analyst to play a key role in end-to-end projects across a diverse range of projects such as Procurement, Payment Gateways, Application rollouts, Salesforce, Workday and Process reviews. The role will Support the Program Management office acting as a conduit between the business and ICT portfolio personnel. The successful candidate will have strong experience working on end-to-end projects within an agile environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Agile Business Analyst will assist the business to obtain a service that is developed and / or supported by ICT that supports a business need.
  • Interpret and provide translation between the business requests provided using business terminology and technical specification and delivery using technical terminology
  • Work closely with the ICT portfolio managers to liaise with the business-on-business process improvements associated with the specification of new or enhances functionality
  • Process Review
  • Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
  • Adhere to the Project Management and Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress, and issues if any, against planned deliverables



Experience Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience as a business analyst
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience in CRM implementations such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Workday
  • Experience in procurement projects
  • Experience on Payment Gateway projects
  • Previous experience working on Applications
  • Experience using Jira
  • End to End projects with a high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an agile environment along with a excellent understanding of agile methodologies
  • leading customer journey walkthroughs
  • Knowledge of process mapping and flow charting
  • Excellent stakeholder Management at all levels
  • Experience in presenting and facilitating workshops
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using tools such as Jira and confluence
