Large financial client based in Melbourne is looking for multiple Senior BAs with strong understanding and solid experience in the finance/banking space.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to other Business Analysts and assist in technical implementation of solutions
- Gain an understanding of the current state architecture
- Document the current state, data flows and requirements to transpose data from source system
- Define the future state and data flows
- Determine the activities required to move from current to future state
- Participate in solution evaluation and implementation
- Liaise with technical service owners, business and technical stewards and architects
Skills and experience
- Strong experience in finance/banking industry, candidates with financial crime experience are highly regarded
- Project experience across multiple business units and complex environments and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong business engagement and consulting skills
- Business intelligence and data analysis experience
- Solid understanding of data, including the understanding of information architecture and data lineage concepts
- Process mapping skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and facilitation skills
