Well know Insurance company are looking for a business-minded BA to lead a journey of change working on large-scale, complex projects of work.

The role:
A Senior Business Analyst to work on a large-scale project within Insurance supply chain. The BA should have a mix of technical, consulting and business skills, someone that can run workshops to extract and elucidate the business and the technical requirements. They need to be hands on and be able to group and classify the requirements, see the trends, possibly question the value, and understand how these relate to the supply chain process. Be flexible in their approach as the target state is moving at present. Someone with an analytical background that has experience with IT systems and data within IT systems, is able to document process flows, and needs to have a supply chain background or even an automotive supply chain experience.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate large groups of multiple cross functional business in person and remotely
- Outcome focus, top down/conceptual process design and analysis using BPMN
- Requirements gathering and articulation of best practise
- Ability to manage ambiguity, educate and take people on the journey of change required
Skills and Experience:
- Agile methodology, analysis approach and mindset
- Outcome focused, top down/conceptual process design and analysis ability using BPMN
- Facilitation of large groups of multiple cross functional business areas in person and/or remotely
- Core understanding of requirements gathering and articulation best practice
- Ideally familiar with JIRA, Confluence and Visio
- Ideally personal or commercial insurance knowledge and experience
- Business operations experience outside of a technology reporting line
- 5+ years of business analysis experience on projects
- BA responsibility on large scale or complex projects or programs of work involving multiple stakeholder groups
