Senior Business Analyst

This role will involve relevant Business Analysis activities, including but not limited to:
- Process mapping including: current state, data lineage, future state processes
- Defining risks, issues, assumptions and constraints relating to the user stories
- Determining the activities required to move from the current to the future state
- Stakeholder engagement: engage with key business, risk, MA and technology stakeholders to define business need and clarify and document requirements
- Assist Product Owner and Change Manager to identify priorities and impacts with stakeholders
- Requirements gathering including documentation of user stories and supporting Product Owner prioritisation
- Verifying and validating user stories and detailed Acceptance Criteria
- Validating user stories to proposed solution
- Supporting functions for design, build, test, implementation phases
- Supporting functions for business readiness
- Attend regular team stand-ups and provide status updates, blockers etc
- Use agile tools including Jira and Confluence for capturing key deliverables and delivery progress
- Contribute to regular showcases
Requirements
- Experience with Agile project delivery methodology
- Wealth Management experience
- Strong demonstrated business acumen
- Highly experienced in the key agile technology used by the teams (JIRA/Confluence etc)
- Experience working in a cross functional development teams
- Strong stakeholder's management skills
- Planning and delivery of change management in a project environment
- Demonstrated success delivery of complex projects
- Demonstrated analytical skills
