Skills and experience
Financial Crime Experience is a must have - Transaction Monitoring, Customer due diligence.
Experience in credit risk would be a plus.
Experience in process mapping/process improvement is a must.
A good understanding (no technical skills) of data would be useful
Experience and certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, LSS, ITIL
