Senior Business Analyst
- 6 months contract
- Very attractive day rate
- Needs to have played in the ITSM / ITOM world
The ideal candidate should have previous business analysis experience related to:
- IT toolsets, including ServiceNow, App Dymanics, Splunk
- ITSM Service Delivery and ITIL processes
- Project delivery
- Working on multiple projects end to end
- A strong track record in delivering quality outcomes in a large, complex organisation
Desirable:
- Experience working as a Business / Technical Analyst
- Experience in using tools to develop analytics and insights
- Demonstrated experience in innovative technology
- Some project management experience in ability to plan and manage own deliverables
- An understanding of the project management life cycle
- Familiarity with Computer Associates IT product sets, such as UIM, Spectrum, SysEdge, Dynatrace, Computer Associates, VSphere, Oracle or similar tools will be well regarded
