Who's the company and what are they looking for?
This is a major financial services organisation that focuses on Wealth products.
They are based in North Sydney and are undergoing a significant transformation, outsourcing their recruitment process and updating their systems to support this change.
In this role they need a Senior Business Analyst who has a working knowledge of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and has experience implementing integrated HRIS/HCM systems. This is a significant opportunity to implement a new HR system in a major organisational separation.

- Understand and gather requirements from stakeholders (business and technical)
- Define high-level current and future state processes
- Support solution scoping and implementation
- Support testing and business impact assesment
