Looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work within a dynamic team environment for an iconic Australian Company.
To assist the Senior Project Manager and Work stream leads to deliver Business Analysis Services to ensure comprehensive understanding of requirements and how they are to be implemented.
The role will involve the following;
- Consult and provide advice to project team, work stream leads and business teams regarding the most effective approach to analysis and requirements gathering
- Work with stream leads, business subject matter experts and stakeholders to elicit and document
- quality business requirements to ensure clarity of scope and what is needed
- high level business processes (as is and to be)
- Assist with determining requirements prioritisation
- Facilitation of workshops or face to face meetings as required
- Identify issues, risk and dependencies (cross work stream or external)
- Estimate effort, duration and resourcing required as input into project schedule and financials
- Identify key testing / validation areas and assist with test/ validation planning as required
Must have the following:
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation / process mapping skills
- Excellent planning, co-ordination and facilitation skills
- Good problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to constructively challenge and question
- Ability to identify constraints, issues, risks
- Good relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Risk and Issues Management
- Experience with gathering requirements with a broad remit of change across the enterprise
- Experience in deploying technology and business change within Financial Services industry highly desirable
- Experience with Regulatory change in financial services environment highly desirable
