Multiple positions available
Responsibilities including:
- Develop business requirements, process improvements and models (As-is and to-be)
- Facilitate workshop sessions to gain stakeholders buy-in and enable discussions
- Closely work with internal (product owner and project manager) and external stakeholders to support initiatives delivery
- Translate complex insights into requirements/user stories which can be easily understood
Skills and experience
- Extensive experience as a senior Business Analyst - preferably within finance/banking space
- AML/Financial crime experience would be highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management skills to facilitate discussions
- Experience in transformation projects/programs
