Our Client:
Our client has established a dominant presence within the Banking and Finance Industry, they are currently seeking Two Senior Business Analysts to join on an Initial 6 Month Contract.
The Senior Business Analyst will work with the Delivery Lead and Project Manager to define and identify the scope for the Project initiatives and ensure that Business Analysis activities, delivery partners and stakeholders deliver to the agreed schedule timeframes and budget.
About the role
You would be involved in:
- Define current and future state including process maps (as appropriate)
- Identify dependencies and document
- Ensure that the requirements and solution satisfy the E2E business and technology desired objectives and outcomes
- Undertake gap analysis and prepare summary of findings
- Manage solution scope and requirements
- Understand & document Technology changes
- Undertake project change control process as required
- Provide guidance and leadership to other business analysts within the program as well as interfacing within the senior project structure and business stakeholders
- Develop the scope and schedule for the stream as well as ensure Business Analysts, delivery partners and stakeholders deliver to the agreed timeframes and budget
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- Have a solid background in business/ technology project delivery within financial services
- Experience with migration or KYC (know your customer) or Data analysis
- Have strong case discovery and documentation skills
- Have the ability to gather and analyse data
- Have strong influencing and negotiation skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders and delivery partners to run outcome meetings and workshops
- Be diligent and work independently with minimal direction
