Our client, a blue-Chip company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 months + extensions.
The role will focus on SBA responsibilities with the intention the candidate can also lead a single Agile squad team and take on Scrum Master tasks when and where required.
Key requirements include the following:
- Senior BA experience preferably in the retail domain
- Preferred Agile BA or Scrum Master accredited certification
- Experience leading a team throughout an iteration cycle (including capturing estimations, facilitating sprint planning workshops, assist in backlog grooming etc.)
Requirements gathering and analysis - User Story completion (i.e. conversion of requirements into stories through to ensuring stakeholder approval is achieved)
- Business process mapping
- Business rules and data rules documentation
- Hands-on experience and detailed knowledge of Agile methodology
- Intermediate/Expert experience level in the use of Jira and Confluence
- Facilitating and leading workshops and discussions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Working in an ever-changing environment and willingness to adapt
- Strong stakeholder engagement
