Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Trustee restructure team. The team is responsible for the disclosure and communication stream of splitting super fund into two entities and separated functions.
The role:
- Play a role as a BA in a Trustee restructure / board separation
- Creating a new corporate structure to manage the separated functions
- Working with Stakeholders such as business, digital teams for online content, marketing and communications, implementation team
- Comm stream and disclosure - pds, email signatures, etc needs to be changes
- Play a role in keeping members informed
The candidate:
- Experienced Business Analyst with regulatory & compliance background
- Business facing BA's - online content and testing of
- Experience with divestments and separations would be useful
- Super experience may be helpful - scanning of docs for wording and someone who can spot changes needed to super products.
- Someone, who has some legal / paralegal background is also useful but not essential
- Could have M&A experience but not essential
- If you have worked on any corporate restructure that would be great
