The role sits within the banks program to support the transition from them.
What's involved:
- Lead and facilitate the analysis of complex business problems and/or opportunities
- Definite and document what is required for changes to business process, policies and information systems
- Recommend solutions to help achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value
- Support and continually improve the transitional service process
What's required:
- 5+ years experience as a BA
- Worked on major end-to-end business process re-engineering or business transformation initiatives
- knowledge in project management and IT delivery
