Our client a leader in its field is currently looking for an SAP PM Functional Consultant with strong vendor management experience to join its IT team on a permanent basis.
Working closely with business stakeholders you will provide business support for enterprise information system applications. This role will focus on business areas such as procurement & logistics, asset works management and investment management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Contributing ideas and advice for applications solutions that will achieve desired business outcomes
- Leading and assisting the business processes and required business outcomes for assigned application areas with business stakeholders to develop requirements specifications
- Creating business cases to secure development funding
- Overseeing the development of test strategies, test cases and scenarios
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in information technology or relevant discipline
- Extensive experience in an operational business or IT role supporting asset works management, procurement and logistics, planning and scheduling, mobility and asset strategy
- Extensive experience supporting business processes using SAP applications
- Extensive PM (Plant Maintenance) experience
- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience in using document management systems and testing tools such as HP Quality Centre and Records Management tool HPRM
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Well-developed negotiating skills
