Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop & Deploy software applications for backend and real time platforms
- Unit testing and system testing of software applications within the development environment
- Participate in testing triage and resolve software defects
- Provide Level 4 software applications support and training to Operations team members as required
- Maintain Operations manuals and prepare Change Implementation Plans for software deployment
Background & Experience (must have):
- At least 5 years industry experience in software development within unix or Linux environment
Skills Required/Desired:
- Expert in C++, Java, Phyton development languages
- Experienced in network protocol stack such as soap, udp, jason, http/https, soap
- Experienced in CI & CD tools such as JIRA/Bamboo/Fisheye/Bitbucket
- Linux redhat experience
- Experienced in developing software applications using database technologies. Cassandra would be ideal however all others are also 100% ok
- Experienced working in Agile delivery method
