The Senior SOE Application Packager is a dedicated IT professional with a passion for Enterprise SCCM and modern desktop management.
Essential requirements
5 years as an Applications Packager in an enterprise environment including experience of:
- Modern SOE Design, Plan, Build, Deploy concepts and practices
- Application configuration and versioning, using MSI and App-V
- Configuring modern Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016
- Administration of SCCM Current Branch
- Flexera Admin Studio (or alternative)
- Microsoft Active Directory Services and Group Policy
- PowerShell for system administration and automation
Desirable Requirements
- Experience of ITIL, Incident Management, Request Management, Change Control
- Exposure of Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Auto-Pilot, Microsoft Store
- Exposure Jira and ServiceNow
- Previous experience working in a health care environment
Technical Skills & Application
- Create and maintain SOE task sequences for multiple operating systems
- Deploy patches and ensure deployment compliance
- Maintain SCCM environment and implement enhancements
- Respond to incidents and service requests
- Mentor and support junior members of the team
- Provide assistance after-hours when required
