Our Client:
We are working together with one of Australia's largest Superannuation Fund to find them a Senior Android Engineer to work within their In-house Mobile Development team. This role is a permanent full-time position and would be working closely with the Mobile Applications Technical Lead to develop and uplift their existing member applications.
About the role
You would be involved in:
- Developing software for Android to achieve quality, budget, and schedule outcomes
- Documentation of user/business requirements specifications
- Functional specification and high-level design documents from business requirements
- Detailed technical design documents including identification of new components and impact analysis of existing systems, if any program specifications for unit of work, following project standards and including time estimates code from program specifications for Android using Kotlin
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- Tertiary qualifications in software engineering discipline
- Background in software development in essential including exposure to modern software development practices
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented techniques, design patterns and frameworks
- Strong technical expertise in app development on Kotlin
