About the role
As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will have a solid background in quality assurance/technology project delivery preferably within Financial Services industry particularly in a Retail Banking Home Lending environment. You will have Strong documentation skills as well quality assurance analysis skills that are required to understand business impacts, 'to be' process mapping and facilitating quality business change outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define complex Testing Objectives, Scenarios and Test Cases
- Definition of in-depth Test Plans
- Test execution scheduling and management
- Identify Dependencies, Risk Issues and Assumptions as they relate to the quality assurance process
- Ensuring that solutions are built to meet the desired requirements to satisfy the E2E business and technology desired objectives and outcomes
- Undertake gap analysis and prepare summary of findings
- Manage requirements and solution traceability
- Assist with test planning, review and validate expected test outcomes/Acceptance Criteria and support testing
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to develop appropriate processes for known solution gaps
- Actively support the Change Team with Operational Readiness & transition to business
Skills and experience
- Experience in Banking with solid understanding of Home Lending and associated processes
- Exposure to merger, acquisition and separation programs is desirable
- Experience Agile tools (Confluence) proficiency
- Experience in data and technical analysis
- Use Case discovery and documentation
- Previous experience developing a schedule and ensuring business analysts, delivery partners and stakeholders deliver to the agreed timeframes
- Experience writing Transitional Service Arrangements, other business documents
- Demonstrated success of delivery within complex projects
- Strong Home Lending knowledge required
- Strong Use Case discovery and documentation skills as well as data gathering, and analysis skills are required
- Familiarity with one or more common project methodologies such as Prince2, PMBoK
- Proficiency in using Visio or similar process mapping tools and M365 Suite
