Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation has a role of Senior Analyst Programmer to join their team in North Sydney.
In this key you will provide critical thinking and a high degree of technical innovation and attention to detail while being recognised as a trusted advisor to the team and stakeholders. The characteristics include being versatile, displaying leadership qualities and enthusiasm to take on new problems across the full SDLC, ultimately assisting in moving technology forward
To be considered, it is expected that you will most likely have the following qualifications and experience:
- Developed skills in one or more of the major programming languages such as -PLSQL,
- Developed and proficient in Unix scripting
- Desirable skills in Cobol, C++
- Developed skills and knowledge of one of the major relational database packages such as Oracle, Oracle Forms & SQL Server
- Awareness and understanding of hardware, networks, software technologies and applications
- Relevant Wealth Management / Financial Service Industry experience advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in a Technology discipline or related field would be desirable but not essential
