Our client is looking for someone is exceptionally passionate about learning and development in an organisation and has the expertise to organise training sessions to develop the capabilities of their employees.

Core duties

  • Influencing and supporting the strategic direction and design of analytics training courses
  • Supporting the delivery, collation and reporting of training and community feedback.
  • Supporting the design and deployment of an analytics community training schedule.
  • End-to-end management of all analytics training courses (including face-to-face, provider-based and online training)
  • Managing a training database and third-party Vendors

To be successful you must have

  • Experience supporting learning and development, ideally in a technical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to support the scheduling, tracking, measuring of training content and gathering of stakeholder feedback.
  • Self-motivated approach and comfort with working in a fast-growing, dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or Cert. IV in Training and Assessment preferable.
