About the company and the role
This is a market leading financial services organisation with an opportunity for an experienced Senior PM with Wealth Experience. They have a strong focus on maximising value for customers and offer all the benefits associated with working at a top ASX listed company.
You will be acting as Tribe Leader for a team of agile delivery professionals (including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technology Delivery Leads, Change Managers and Business Analysts) in the Wealth delivery area. This involves support, mentoring, removing obstacles and creating and maintaining an agile culture of creativity, innovation and high-performance. This all takes place in an environment of constant change and requires a flexible, resilient and supportive mindset from the individual.
What you will be doing
- Leading your team and supporting multiple squads throughout the agile delivery process
- Identify and manage risks and issues across all project related areas including budgets
- Influencing Senior Stakeholders within and outside of the Wealth portfolio
- Bringing others along the agile journey within the Wealth portfolio
You will need to demonstrate:
- Exceptional People leadership skills and a history of mentoring and supporting teams throughout change and agile transformations
- Proven history of meeting challenging timelines in areas involving significant regulatory and compliance change
- 5+ years in PM roles in Financial Services
- Experience delivering digital projects
- Experience with various agile methodologies
