Our client, a leading Australian organisation based in Rhodes are currently recruiting for a Senior API/Integration Developer who possess extensive JavaScript, Azure Cloud technology, CI/CD and API/Integration development experience.
As the successful Senior API/Integration Developer, you will be responsible for:
- The design and development of API's (Restful/JSON/SOAP)
- Designing and developing Microservices using Node.js
- Design and development of Integration using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), IaaS and PaaS
- The design, develop and support of continuous integration and continuous development (CI/CD) using BitBucket, TeamCity and Octopus
- Understanding Azure clouding technology, PaaS and App Services and recommending solutions
- Being an expert in SOA related technologies (particularly Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Mediator (ESB), Business Process Execution Language (BPEL), Transformation, JMS and SOAP/Restful based web services)
- Collaborating with project team members in defining requirements and system analysis
- Analysing design risks and providing mitigation options
- Identifying technical project priorities, implementation dependencies, risks and issues and providing solutions to ensure a successful project delivery
In order to be the successful candidate, it is essential you should have the following skills:
- 5+ years' experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware including Oracle SOA suite (ESB), technology adapters, BPEL, JMS, SOAP Web Services (WSDL), XML, XSL, XSD, XSLT, XPATH, Business rules and JDeveloper
- 3+ years' experience of Azure cloud technology (app services in particular)
- 3+ years of API design and development experience
- 3+ years node.js development experience
- 2+ years in PaaS technology
- 2+ years of Java / JEE software development related to enterprise integration technologies
- Experience with the administration of Weblogic Application Server and Oracle SOA Suite
- CI/CD experience
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to evaluate and critique functional and technical requirements and design
The following skills would be considered as highly desirable:
- Exposure to Dell Boomi Atomsphere
- Experience in Microsoft Integration technology (Logic Apps, Azure API management)
- BitBucket, TeamCity and Octopus experience
