Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join their security services team. The team is responsible for designing and implement complex Security technical solutions for the various applications, infrastructure or security services products they supply.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the implementation of projects and be a technical focal point for the team.
- Lead the technical delivery (install, configure and integrate) of customer solutions in line with functional and non-functional technical requirements based on expertise across one or more vendor technologies.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert across one or more vendor technologies, as required, supporting the development of customer solution architecture, design and implementation in consultation with the appropriate Architects.
- Act as the design authority in the production of Detailed Designs and As-Built documentation.
- Quote design & implementation effort for new project proposals lodged by the customer.
- Technical Briefings/Handover - Deliver and/or develop technical training, updates & or briefings to staff to ensure understanding of process & procedures
- Technical Documentation - Prepare process documentation to describe how networks, infrastructure, applications, products and services operate.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders -testing of products and equipment, coordination of model & field trials, analysis of results, and verification of new products
Experience and skills required:
- 10 years' experience in security solution design and deployment and/or systems integration.
- Strong experience across a minimum of 2 security focused technology fields, such as Network Security, Intelligence and Analytics, Cloud Security and/or Endpoint Security.
