A multinational corporation within Cyber Security is looking for a Technical support Engineer to join their team in Sydney
Job Responsibilities:
- To Support a global customer base, which also may include an element of travelling across the APAC region to customer sites.
- troubleshooting and Technical issue analysis,
- Provide technical solution recommendations
- Manager customer Case's and escalating accordingly
Skills and Requirements
- At least 4 years experience networking/security related field
- Any of the following Industry certificates (CISSP, CCNP, CCSP,CCNA)
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of TCP/IP, , dynamic routing and L2/L3 network protocols implementation
- Exposure to Unix/Linux environment
